421 new COVID-19 cases confirmed in Massachusetts, 12 additional deaths


The Massachusetts Department of Public Health reported an additional 421 confirmed cases of COVID-19 on Saturday, bringing the statewide total to 118,309.State health officials also confirmed 12 new COVID-19-related deaths across Massachusetts, bringing the state’s confirmed coronavirus death toll to 8,803.The rolling average of the positive test rate is now approximately 1%, DPH reported.
